AI背景下中小学师生融合动力现状及改进

摘要 教师应用技术促进教学方式创新是智慧教育的主要诉求,教师融合动力在其中制约着融合课的成效及发展周期,适逢AI时代浪潮来临之际,"新技术环境是否能够满足当前教师融合动力不足的需求"、"在教与学获得个性化、全方位便利前提下教师是否仍具备应用创新的动力"都是当前急需回答的问题。在前期调研基础上,梳理了当前中小学校导致教师融合动力不足的因素及相应需求,在分析AI如何带来教学变革的基础上,阐述了AI满足当前融合动力所涉及的关键点与方法,而后分析了AI背景下对于融合动力或带来的新影响。 To promote teachers’application of technology to promote teaching innovation is the main demands of intellectual education,teacher integration motivation in which restricts the fusion results and development cycle,comes at a time when the AI times approaching,"the new technical environment whether can meet the needs of current teacher integration motivation shortage","teaching and learning for personalized and comprehensive convenience on the premise of teachers still have application innovation motivation"is the current urgent need to answer the question.This study based on the previous research,combing the current primary and secondary schools teachers fusion under-powered factors and the corresponding demand,based on the analysis of the AI,on the basis of how to bring the teaching reform,this paper expounds the AI meet current integration motivation involved key points and methods,and then analyzes the background of AI for integration motivation or impact of the mutation.
