摘要
对莱钢1^#1880m^3高炉停炉实践进行总结。本次停炉采用空料线打水方法,过程中严格控制炉顶温度与炉顶打水量,采用跟踪取样式对炉顶煤气进行取样分析与炉内打水操作相结合,整个停炉过程历时22h28min。由于准备充分,风量、炉顶打水量、煤气成分等各项参数控制合理,实现安全、快速、顺利停炉,顺利将料面降到风口以下,实现了安全停炉。
In the paper,the stopping practice of 1^#880 m^3 BF in Laiwu Steel was summarized.The water-drawing method with empty burden line was adopted in this shutdown.During the process,the temperature at the top of furnace and water-drawing amount from the top of furnace were strictly controlled,The sampling analysis of BF top gas was combined with the water drawing operation within the furnace by using the tracking sampling mode.The whole shutdown process lasted for 22 h 28 min.Due to adequate preparation,the reasonable control of parameters such as air volume,water-drawing volume from the top of furnace and gas composition,the furnace was stopped safely,quickly and smoothly,the burden surface was lowered below the tuyere smoothly,at last the furnace was shut down safely.
