摘要
3^#400m^2烧结机风箱和大烟道耐磨层出现局部脱落或隆起现象,造成烧结机系统烟气温度下降,漏风率上升,直接影响烧结矿的产量和质量。通过对风箱大烟道喷涂脱落原因分析及喷涂工艺改进,风箱及大烟道喷涂脱落的现象明显减少,进一步提高烧结矿的产量和质量,降低电耗,取得了较好的效益。
The wear-resistant layer in the bellows and large flue of 3^# 400 m^2 sintering machine falls off or bulges locally, which causes the flue gas temperature of sintering machine system to drop and the air leakage rate to rise, directly affecting the output and quality of sinter. Through analyzing the causes for the spraying off in the bellows and large flue and improving the spraying process, the spraying off phenomenon in the bellows and large flue was obviously reduced, the output and quality of sinter were further improved, the power consumption was reduced, and the good benefits were obtained.
