摘要
通过实验模拟九辊布料器在不同工作角度下的偏析效果,对其工作角度进行调整,并控制布料辊间间隙,超7mm后进行更换;在正常使用平料器后,增加压辊装置,系统优化布料效果。
Through simulating the segregation effect of nine-roller distributor under different working angles by experiments, the working angle was adjusted, the gap between distribution rollers was controlled, which is replaced after exceeding 7 mm. After the leveler was used normally, the roller pressing device was added to optimize the distribution effect of the system.
