射干麻黄汤加减对支气管哮喘患者的效果

Effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction Addition and Subtraction on Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的:探析射干麻黄汤加减治疗支气管哮喘患者的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院98例支气管哮喘患者,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,每组49例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上运用射干麻黄汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗前后生活质量、肺功能及治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后呼气峰流速百分比(PEFR%)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、用力肺活量(FVC)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.96%,显著高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射干麻黄汤加减治疗支气管哮喘患者的临床效果较为显著,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 98 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Shegan Mahuang Decoction addition and subtraction on the base of the control group.The quality of life,pulmonary function and therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage of expiratory peak velocity(PEFR%),percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1%)and forced vital capacity(FVC)in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.96%,which was significantly higher than 83.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of bronchial asthma is remarkable,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
