血管性痴呆应用银杏叶胶囊联合美金刚治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study of Ginkgo Biloba Capsule Combined with Memantine in Treatment of Vascular Dementia

目的:研究血管性痴呆患者采用美金刚联合银杏叶胶囊进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2017年5月-2019年5月在笔者所在医院用药治疗的血管性痴呆患者72例,以随机分组的方式分成对照组(36例)和治疗组(36例)。对照组采用美金刚进行治疗,治疗组采用美金刚联合银杏叶胶囊进行治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、药物不良反应、治疗前后长谷川痴呆量表评分、生活能力评分、简易精神认知量表评分、智力状态恢复时间和住院总时间。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.7%,高于对照组的69.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组药物不良反应发生率为2.7%,低于对照组的16.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组长谷川痴呆量表评分、生活能力评分、简易精神认知量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组智力状态恢复时间及住院总时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管性痴呆患者采用美金刚联合银杏叶胶囊进行治疗,可以减少药物不良反应,在短时间内改善精神状态和认知水平,缩短治疗总时间,使治疗总有效率水平提高。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Memantine combined with Ginkgo Biloba Capsule in patients with vascular dementia.Method:A total of 72 patients with vascular dementia treated with drugs in the author’s hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected,and were randomly divided into the control group(36 cases)and the treatment group(36 cases).The control group was treated with Memantine,the treatment group was treated with Memantine combined with Ginkgo Biloba Capsule.The total response rate,adverse drug reactions,Hasegawa dementia scale scores before and after treatment,life ability scores,simple mental cognition scale scores,mental state recovery time and total hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of drug therapy in the treatment group was 91.7%,higher than 69.4%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions of the treatment group was 2.7%,which was lower than 16.6%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of Hasegawa dementia scale,the life ability score and the simple mental cognitive scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of mental state and the total hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Memantine combined with Ginkgo Biloba Capsule can reduce adverse drug reactions,improve mental state and cognitive level in a short time,shorten the total treatment time,and improve the total effective level of treatment.
