腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术在治疗卵巢囊肿患者中的应用及对患者卵巢功能的影响

Application of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Removal in Treatment of Ovarian Cyst and Its Effect on Ovarian Function

目的:分析腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术在卵巢囊肿患者治疗中的应用及对卵巢功能的影响。方法:将2017年4月-2018年4月笔者所在医院诊治的96例卵巢囊肿患者选为研究对象,按照随机方法分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例),对照组行传统开腹卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗。分析两组临床指标,比较两组治疗前及治疗后1个月性激素水平和血流动力学指标水平。结果:观察组胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组LH和FSH水平均升高,但观察组低于对照组,E2和AMH水平均下降,但观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组PI和RI均下降,且观察组低于对照组,PSV均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术可提高卵巢囊肿患者临床指标,改善卵巢功能,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the application of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts and its effect on ovarian function.Method:A total of 96 patients with ovarian cysts treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(48 cases).The control group was treated with traditional open ovarian cyst removal,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.The levels of sex hormones and hemodynamics were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after treatment.Result:The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH and FSH in the two groups increased,while those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of E2 and AMH decreased,while those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PI and RI in the two groups decreased,while those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,PSV in the two groups increased,and the levels of hemodynamic indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal can improve the clinical indicators and ovarian function of patients with ovarian cyst,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
