细节护理预防锁骨下深静脉导管堵管的效果

Effect of Detailed Nursing on Prevention of Blockage of Deep Venous Catheter under the Clavicle

目的:了解细节护理预防锁骨下深静脉导管堵管的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年1月-2018年12月80例锁骨下深静脉导管置管患者,随机分组,常规护理组给予常规干预,细节护理组开展细节护理。比较两组护理满意度、护理工作质量、导管维护质量、锁骨下深静脉导管堵管发生率。结果:细节护理组护理满意度高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。细节护理组护理工作质量及导管维护质量评分均高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。细节护理组锁骨下深静脉导管堵管发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:对锁骨下深静脉导管置管患者实施细节护理的效果确切,可减少堵管发生率,提高导管维护质量和护理质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To understand the effect of detailed nursing on prevention of blockage of deep venous catheter under the clavicle.Method:A total of 80 patients with subclavian deep vein catheterization from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected.They were randomly assigned to the routine nursing group for routine intervention,and the detail nursing group for detail nursing.The nursing satisfaction,the quality of nursing work,the quality of catheter maintenance,and the incidence of blockage of deep venous catheter under the clavicle were compared between the two groups.Result:The nursing satisfaction of the detail nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of nursing work and catheter maintenance in the detail nursing group were higher than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The incidence of blockage of deep venous catheter under the clavicle in the detail nursing group was lower than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with subclavian deep vein catheterization,the detailed nursing effect is accurate,which can reduce the incidence of blockage of catheter,improve the quality of catheter maintenance and quality of nursing,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
