以临床案例为导向的护理管理模式对妇产科护士护理能力的影响

Effects of Clinical Case-oriented Nursing Management Model on Nursing Ability of Nurses in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics

目的:研究以临床案例为导向的护理管理模式对妇产科护士护理能力的影响。方法:选择2015年1月-2017年1月在笔者所在医院妇产科工作的护士80例,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用以临床案例为导向护理管理模式。收集同期分别采用不同护理方法的住院患者200例,每组100例。评估两组护理人员护理工作质量、评判性思维能力、综合能力,评估两组患者护理满意度。结果:观察组护理人员各项护理质量得分、评判性思维能力得分、综合能力得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以案例为导向管理模式可有效提升护理人员护理质量、批判思维能力、综合能力,同时提高患者对护理工作满意度。

Objective:To study the effects of clinical case-oriented nursing management model on the nursing ability of nurses in department of gynecology and obstetrics.Method:A total of 80 nurses working in department of gynecology and obstetrics of the hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional management model,and the observation group was given clinical case-oriented nursing management model.In the same period,200 patients with different care methods were collected,100 cases in each group.The nursing quality,evaluation ability and comprehensive ability of the two groups of nursing staff were evaluated,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated.Result:The scores of nursing quality,critical thinking ability and comprehensive ability of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case-oriented management model can effectively improve the nursing quality,critical thinking ability and comprehensive ability of nursing staff,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work at the same time.
