浅谈改进护士规范化培训管理体系的实施效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨采取科学的规培管理办法对临床带教老师带教积极性、规培护士学习兴趣及规培效果的影响,以提高护士的规培质量。方法:参照国家卫生卫计委印发的《新入职护士培训大纲(试行)》,并结合笔者所在医院实际情况,对新入职护士规范化培训管理体系进行改进,以护士核心胜任力和理论成绩为观察指标,评价改进效果。结果:改进后护士核心胜任力得分及理论成绩明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改进护士规培管理体系可有效提高带教积极性和规培护士学习兴趣,从而提高规培质量。 Objective:To explore the influence of scientific regulation training management on the enthusiasm of clinical teachers,the learning interest of nurses and the effect of regulation training,so as to improve the quality of regulation training.Method:Improved standardized training management system for new graduate nurses in our hospital,based on General Guideline for Training of New Graduate Nurses(Trial)developed by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the PRC.Evaluated the effect by observing nurses’core competency scores and the theoretical test scores before and after standardized training management system improvement.Result:The standardized training nurses’core competency scores and theoretical test scores were obviously higher after improvement,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized training management system improvement can effectively enhances enthusiasm of clinical teachers’teaching and the standardized training nurses’studies and improve the standardized training qualities.
