康复护理路径联合神经节苷脂钠对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿运动功能和智能发育的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨康复护理路径联合神经节苷脂钠对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)患儿运动功能及智能发育的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院新生儿科HIE患儿58例为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组29例。对照组仅予常规治疗方案,观察组在常规治疗方案基础上予康复护理路径联合神经节苷脂钠。采用新生儿20项行为神经量表(neonatal behavioral neurological assessment,NBNA)评定两组智力发育水平;采用婴儿运动发育指数(psychomotor development index,PDI)评估两组运动功能发育水平;干预1个疗程后,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组干预1个疗程及6个月后NBNA、PDI评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为86.20%,高于对照组的68.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理路径联合神经节苷脂钠可以明显改善HIE患儿的智力和运动功能发育水平,促进患儿康复。 Objective:To investigate the effects of rehabilitation nursing pathway combined with Sodium Ganglioside on motor function and intelligence development in neonates with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Method:A total of 58 neonates with neonatal HIE in our hospital were selected as study objects,and neonates were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,29 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with conventional treatment regimens,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing pathway combined with Sodium Ganglioside on the basis of conventional treatment regimens.The neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)was used to evaluate the level of intelligence development of the two groups.The psychomotor development index(PDI)was used to evaluate the level of motor function development of the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after one course of intervention.Result:The NBNA and PDI scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after one course of intervention and 6 months,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.20%,which was higher than 68.97% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing pathway combined with Sodium Ganglioside can significantly improve the intelligence and motor function development of neonates with neonatal HIE and promote the recovery of neonates.
