银杏达莫注射液联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的效果观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Ginkgo Biloba Injection Combined with Valsartan Capsule on Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探索糖尿病肾病最优治疗方案,观察银杏达莫注射液联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗的价值和意义。方法:在笔者所在医院2018年1-10月治疗的糖尿病肾病患者中选取60例作为研究对象,参考随机数字表法将其分为观察组(银杏达莫注射液联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗)和对照组(单药缬沙坦治疗),各30例,比较两种治疗方案效果差异。结果:研究数据显示,观察组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为90.00%(27/30)和66.67%(20/30),与对照组相比,观察组总有效率明显较高(χ^2=4.81,P<0.05);治疗后观察组和对照组患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、Scr、BUN水平均有所改善,且观察组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病患者采用银杏达莫注射液联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗,在提高治疗效果的同时也改善了肾脏功能,延缓病情进展,效果显著,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the optimal treatment of diabetic nephropathy,to observe the value and significance of Ginkgo Biloba Injection combinedwith Valsartan capsule.Method:Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from January to October 2018 were divided into observation group(Ginkgo Biloba Injection combined with Valsartan Capsule treatment)and control group(single drug Valsartan Capsule treatment)according to random numbertable method.The curative effect of the two treatment schemes was compared.Result:The data showed that the total effective rates of the observation group andthe control group were 90.00%(27/30)and 66.67%(20/30),respectively.Compared with the control group,the total effective rates of the observation group wassignificantly higher(χ^2=4.81,P<0.05).And the 24-hour urinary protein quantification,Scr and BUN levels of the observation group and the control group wereimproved after treatment.The improvement in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo Biloba Injection combined with ValsartanCapsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can not only improve the therapeutic effect,but also improve the kidney function,delay the progress of the disease,and the effect is remarkable,which is worthy of application.
