土壤盐碱对不同表型猴樟渗透调节物质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Soil Saline-alkali Conditions on Osmoregulation Substance of Different Phenotypes of Cinnamomum bodinieri Seedlings

摘要 为筛选对盐碱土壤适应能力较强的猴樟品系,以5个不同表型的猴樟为试验材料,在盐碱土壤(可溶性盐含量15.89 mg/g)上种植,测定其叶片的叶绿素、MDA、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量并进行了比较。结果表明:表型1和表型2的MDA含量较低,可溶性糖、脯氨酸和叶绿素含量均较高,可溶性蛋白含量较低;其他3个表型的MDA含量较高,可溶性糖、脯氨酸和叶绿素含量均较低,可溶性蛋白含量较高。表型1和表型2耐土壤盐碱能力较强。 In order to screen Cinnamomum bodinieri lines with strong adaptability to saline and alkaline soil conditions,5 kinds of C. bodinieri phenotypes were used as materials to compare the contents of chlorophyll,MDA,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline in leaves under the same saline and alkaline soil condition.The results showed that the contents of MDA and soluble protein of phenotype 1 and phenotype 2 were lower,while those of soluble sugar,proline and chlorophyll were higher. The contents of MDA and soluble protein of the other three phenotypes were higher,while those of soluble sugar,proline and chlorophyll were lower. The seedlings of phenotype 1 and phenotype 2 were more tolerant to saline-alkali soil condition.
