岱海电厂“水改空”及汽轮机“跨代”改造难点分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Daihai Power Plant’s Retrofitting from Water-Cooled to Air-cooled and Steam Turbine Upgrading

摘要 论述了内蒙古岱海电厂水冷改空冷及汽轮机"跨代"升级改造工程的背景、设计难点及施工难点。从汽轮机本体及基座改造、辅机冷却水改造、给水泵汽轮机改造、排汽装置改造等方面介绍了改造工程的设计过程;从设备制造、监造方面介绍了设备制造工期和质量控制;从汽轮机本体及各个系统安装施工方面介绍了工程的施工工期。实践证明,对燃煤机组实施水冷改空冷技术是可行的,由湿冷汽轮机的"座缸"式轴承座改造为直接空冷汽轮机的"落地"式轴承座,对汽轮机基础的梁柱实施加宽加固改造是可行的,在600 MW机组上采用干湿联合冷却技术冷却辅机水是可行的,且有明显的节水和环保效益。研究成果可以为国内外有类似情况的电厂实施改造提供参考和借鉴。 The background,design and construction difficulties of Daihai Power Plant’s retrofitting from watercooled to air-cooled and steam turbine"cross-generation"upgrading in Inner Mongolia are presented.The design process of the project is demonstrated from aspects of the steam turbine proper and base,the auxiliary cooling water,the feed water pump steam turbine and the steam exhaust device etc.The construction period and quality control of equipment manufacturing are stated in terms of equipment manufacturing and supervision.Practice has proved that the technology of retrofitting of coal-fired units from water-cooled to air-cooled is feasible.Reinforcement for the beam and column of steam turbine foundation can be done even though the"seat-cylinder"bearing seat of wet-cooled steam turbine is transformed into the"landing"bearing seat of direct air-cooled steam turbine.Meanwhile,it is also required to adopt dry-wet combined cooling technology in cool auxiliary water of 600 MW units,which will have obvious economic benefits in water saving and environmental protection.The research results can provide reference for the implementation of transformation in similar power plants at home and abroad.
