摘要
针对发电设备制造企业面临的新环境,以S公司为例,分析了计划管理中存在的主要问题:缺乏整体性,管控性,长期性。提出以信息化工具进行改进的措施,并提出分步打造计划管理平台的方法,最终实现计划管理水平提升,交货期大幅压缩,企业现金流动速度明显加快,客户满意度提升。
In terms of the new environment faced by power generation equipment manufacturer,the main problems in plan management,namely the lack of integrity,management and long-term effectiveness,are analyzed using the example of Company S.It is proposed to use information tools as improvement measure,and the plan management platform would be built step by step.Therefore,the plan management level can be improved,the delivery time can be significantly reduced,the cash flow speed of enterprise can be significantly accelerated,and customer satisfaction can be improved.
