1000 MW机组全容量双流锅炉给水泵汽轮机介绍

Full Capacity Double Flow Boiler Feedwater Pump Turbine for 1 000 MW Units

对由上海汽轮机厂生产的新一代1000 MW等级机组的全容量给水泵汽轮机进行了介绍。以某电厂的1000 MW超超临界机组为依托,开发相应的全容量给水泵汽轮机。在理论知识的支撑下进行了模型数据分析和有效合理的结构设计,保证了汽轮机的安全可靠性及高效性。运行结果表明所设计的结构达到国内领先水平。

A new generation of boiler feedwater pump turbine(BFPT)with full capacity for 1000 MW units produced by Shanghai Turbine Plant is presented.The corresponding full capacity BFPT is developed based on 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit of a power plant.Supported by theoretical knowledge,the model data analysis and reasonable structure design are carried out to ensure the safety,reliability and efficiency of the turbine.The operation results show that the designed structure has reached leading level in China.
