摘要 某1000 MW等级核电站汽轮机采用新型进口再热阀,在调试及运行期间多台机组出现阀门卡涩故障。电厂通过拆解阀门,查明卡涩部件,分析出卡涩原因。通过对卡涩部件进行替换或修补,排除了故障风险,再热阀得以正常工作。文中分析和处理阀门卡涩故障的过程和方法可为同类核电站汽轮机再热阀的卡涩故障处理提供经验借鉴,也可为该类阀门设计人员提供改进思路和参考。 Some new type of imported reheat valves used in a 1000 MW nuclear power steam turbine system were founded to be jammed during commissioning and operation.The causes of such faults were analyzed by disassembling the valves.After replacing or repairing the jamming components,the faults were eliminated and the reheat valves could operate normally.The fault treatment process and its measures can provide reference for similar nuclear power steam turbines,as well as for designers.
