摘要 现阶段由于煤矿井下皮带运输是煤矿开采方面的重要流程部分,决定了煤矿的生产效率,所以提高其运输效率和稳定性则是保证煤矿生产稳定的关键因素,为保证企业的稳定发展提供条件。因此,还需要最大程度上降低能源的消耗,减少成本的投入,进而能够获得更高的经济效益。针对煤矿井下皮带运输系统进行不断的完善,并融合自动化控制系统,利用信息技术的方式来进一步提高其运输效率,并实现信息化生产。本文主要介绍了煤矿井下皮带自动化控制系统的特点和功能,并提出了相关的应用策略。 At this stage,coal mine underground belt transportation is an important part of the coal mining process,which determines the production efficiency of the coal mine,so improving its transportation efficiency and stability is the key factor to ensure the stability of the coal mine production,and it can provide conditions for ensuring the stable development of enterprises.Therefore,it is also necessary to reduce the energy consumption to the greatest extent,reduce the cost of investment,and thus obtain higher economic benefits.In view of the continuous improvement of the coal mine underground belt transportation system,integrate the automatic control system,and use the information technology to further improve its transportation efficiency and achieve information production.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics and functions of the coal mine underground belt automatic control system,and puts forward relevant application strategies.
