Application of Electrical Automation in Mechanized Coal Mining

本文主要研究当前机械化采煤中电气自动化的有效应用。随着社会经济科技的迅猛发展,城市对于煤炭等能源的需求量不断提升,因此在进行煤炭开采工作的过程当中,采煤硬件设施是否足够先进直接影响着煤矿生产的质量和效率。在煤矿生产开采的过程当中将高性能的机械设备投入采煤生产中,不仅能够有效提升煤矿的产量以及生产效率,还能有效保证煤矿工人员的安全性。近年来国内采煤机械化自动化水平不断提升,通过自动化采煤模式不仅能够有效降低人工劳动强度,克服传统煤矿劳动力密集的短板,还能有效避免在煤矿开采过程当中存在的安全隐患。因此对机械化采媒中电气自动化的有效应用进行探讨是非常必要的。

This paper mainly studies the effective application of electrical automation in mechanized coal mining.With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,the city’s demand for coal and other energy sources is continuously increasing.Therefore,in the process of coal mining,whether the coal mining hardware facilities are advanced enough directly affects the quality and efficiency of coal mine production.In the process of coal mine production and mining,putting high-performance mechanical equipment into coal mining production can not only improve the coal mine output and production efficiency effectively,but also effectively ensure the safety of coal miners.In recent years,the automation and mechanization level of domestic coal mining has been continuously improved.The automatic coal mining mode can not only effectively reduce the intensity of manual labor and overcome the shortage of labor-intensive traditional coal mines,but also effectively avoid potential safety hazards in the process of coal mining.Therefore,it is very necessary to discuss the effective application of electrical automation in mechanized coal mining.
