本研究基于生态补偿工作的实践,通过研究国内流域生态补充的现实案例和学术研究成果,分析城市的水资源和特征,对城市发展和完善跨界生态保护补偿机制、探索建立新考核标准等方面提出对策建议。

Based on the implementation of transboundary basin ecological compensation,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward those are about urban development,improvement of cross-border ecological protection compensation mechanism,and exploration and establishment of new assessment standards by studying actual cases and academic researches of domestic transboundary basin ecological compensation,the analyzing of the water resources and characteristics of the city.
