摘要 通过对300kt/a高浓度稀乙烯制乙苯装置工艺和运行条件的优化,实现了节能降耗的目标,大大降低了生产成本。使用新型低苯烯比催化剂SEB-12、增加余热回收系统、降低循环苯塔压力、停用脱非芳塔塔釜热源、降低解吸塔压力和降低精馏塔回流比等一系列的节能降耗措施,乙苯产品纯度达99.836%,达到国家优级品指标;苯单耗0.747t/tEB,乙烯单耗0.272t/tEB,乙苯装置综合能耗下降35kgEo/t以上,使得装置能耗低于优于国内其他同类装置。 By optimizing the process and operation of 300kt/a ethylbenzene devicing from high concentrated dilute ethylene,it realized the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.By ways of the using of novel low ethylbenzene/ethylene ratio catalyst SEB-12,adding waste heat recovery system,reducing the pressure of circulating benzene tower,shutting down the heat source of excluding non-aromatic tower kettle,reducing the pressure of desorption tower and lowering down the reflex ratio of rectifying tower,the obtained ethylbenzene,with a purity of 99.836%,well meets the national quality indicators;unit consumption of benzene and ethylene is 0.747 and 0.272 t/tEB,respectively.Also,the total energy consumption finally reduced more than 35kgEo/t,making an advantage in energy consumption comparing to the same kind of domestic equipments.
