Debugging Research on BIFFI Electric Actuator Before Commissioning

随着输气站场的大量使用,电动执行机构已成为目前生产现场阀门常见的重要驱动装置,对其投运前的检查调试、使用维护及故障处理分析是保证站场设备安全、平稳运行的重要课题。本文作者通过参与数次大型工程投运经验,并结合技术管理工作总结,以目前较为常见的BIFFI ICON2000型电动执行机构为例,就其投运前的检查调试、维护管理等提出相应建议,以期对今后更好的应用电动执行机构提供一定理论基础。

With the extensive use of gas transmission stations,electric actuators have become the common and important driving devices for valves on the production site at present.The inspection and debugging,operation and maintenance,and fault handling analysis before they are put into operation are important topics to ensure the safe and stable operation of station equipment.Based on the experience of several large-scale projects and the summary of technical management work,the author takes BIFFI ICON2000 electric actuator as an example,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the inspection,debugging,maintenance and management before it is put into operation,hoping to provide certain theoretical basis for better application of electric actuator in the future.
