高层住宅建筑防火设计探究

Research on the Fire Protection Design of High-Rise Residential Buildings

随着我国现代建筑行业的不断发展,高层建筑的数量和规模都在不断增多。近些年人们对建筑质量的要求不断提升,因此需要重视高层建筑设计的安全和质量,除了关注建筑的功能造型,最重要的还要关注安全性问题,尤其是高层住宅建筑的防火设计关系到安全性,如果出现火灾问题,会造成严重的生命和财产损失,因此,高层住宅建筑设计必须确保其防火性能需求。论文结合高层住宅建筑火灾特点,分析了高层住宅建筑防火设计问题及其要点。

With the continuous development of China’s modern construction industry,the number and scale of high-rise buildings are increasing.In recent years,people’s requirements for building quality have been constantly improving,so we need to pay attention to the safety and quality of high-rise building design.In addition to paying attention to the functional shape of the building,we also need to pay attention to the most important security issues,especially the fire protection design of high-rise residential buildings,which is related to safety.If there is a fire problem,it will bring serious problems.Life and property losses,therefore,in the current design of high-rise buildings,it is necessary to ensure that high-rise residential buildings in the design of fire performance requirements.Combining with the fire characteristics of high-rise buildings,this paper analyses how to do a good job in fire protection design of high-rise residential buildings.
