第三次全国国土调查“互联网+”举证新技术分析——以桂平市国土调查为例

Analysis of the Proof New Technology of "Internet +" for the Third National Land Survey——Taking the Land of Guiping City as an Example

为优化全国土地资源综合管理服务,提升土地基础信息数据的准确性,以2016年土地变更调查数据库为基础,以高分辨率正射影像DOM为主要更新数据源,对当前土地利用情况开展第三次国土调查,推动国土资源信息化管理的应用能力,满足社会发展对土地资源宏观调控的需求。为了保持数据的真实性,国家在第三次国土调查中,运用"互联网+"的举证方式,有效保证了数据的真实性,为外业调查开辟了一个全新有效的外业作业模式。论文以桂平市国土三调的外业调查为样例,分析第三次全国国土调查"互联网+"举证新技术路线等相关技术,为有序开展国土三调工作,提供一定的参考建议。

In order to optimize the service of comprehensive land resources management in China and improve the accuracy of land basic information data, taking the 2016 land change survey database as the basic database and the high resolution ortho-image DOM as the main updating data source, the third land use survey is carried out to promote the application ability of land and resources information management, and to meet the needs of social development for the macro-control of land resources. In order to maintain the authenticity of the data, the proof method of "Internet+" used in the third national land survey, effectively guaranteed the authenticity of the data and opened up a new and effective field survey mode. Taking the field investigation of Guiping city as an example, this paper analyzes the new technical route of proof method of "Internet+" in the third national land survey, and provides some reference and suggestions for the orderly development of the work of third national land survey.
