摘要 针对现有装配式建筑PC构件生产工厂所使用的混凝土搅拌站设备设计缺陷,发现并解决以下3个技术性问题:第一,设计1种搅拌机下料口自动切换接料系统,用于解决轨道式运输料斗、叉车料斗、搅拌罐车3种不同的接料方式转换;第二,设计1种轨道式运输料斗防漏浆装置,用于解决使用轨道式运输料斗往返于车间输送混凝土时发生漏浆而产生的混凝土浪费与环境污染问题;第三,设计1种混凝土叉车运输料斗接浆装置,用于解决从下料口漏出的水泥浆滴落车间造成的浪费与环境污染问题。 In view of the defects in the design of the concrete mixing plant used in the existing PC component production plant of prefabricated buildings, the following three technical problems are found and solved. First, design a kind of automatic switching and receiving system of mixer’s discharging port, which is used to solve the three kinds of material receiving mode conversion of rail transport hopper, forklift hopper and mixing tank truck. Secondly, a kind of leakage proof device of rail transport hopper is designed to solve the problem of concrete waste and environmental pollution caused by leakage when using rail transport hopper to transport concrete to and from the workshop. Third, design a kind of concrete forklift transport hopper joint device, which is used to solve the waste and environmental pollution problem caused by the cement slurry dripping from the discharge port.
