Analysis of the Factors Affecting College Graduates’ Employment Choice——Based on the Questionnaire of Undergraduate Job Intentions of the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology

当代大学生毕业后的就业状况一直是人们长期关注的问题,影响着经济社会的发展。为提升在校大学毕业生的就业质量,本文对华东理工大学化学与分子工程学院2015级本科毕业生的求职意向进行问卷调查,并对在校大学生的就业选择、就业准备、就业现状认知、目前就业状态和所需的就业指导等方面进行研究,从思想教育引领、职业发展引导和就业渠道等方面提出建议,以确保学生更高质量更充分就业。

The employment situation of contemporary college students after graduation has always been a longterm concern of the society,affecting the development of the economy and society. In order to improve the quality of employment of university graduates,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the job intentions of 2015 undergraduate graduates of the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology,and studied on the employment choices,employment preparations,cognitions of employment status,the current employment situations and the required employment guidances. Finally,suggestions have been made from the aspects of ideological education,career development guidance and employment channel to ensure higher quality of the employment.
