医药产业大发展背景下药学专业毕业生就业多元化趋向探讨——以温州医科大学为例

Discussion on the Employment Diversification Trend of Pharmacy Graduates under the Background of the Development of Pharmaceutical Industry——Taking Wenzhou Medical University as an Example

在"健康中国2030"医药产业大发展的新形势下,医药企业对药学专业人才的需求不断扩大。本文通过对温州医科大学药学专业毕业生近十年的就业率、就业地域流向、就业去向进行统计分析,指出药学专业就业多元化面临的问题和挑战,并分别从政府、学校、学生等三个层面为进一步促进地方医科类院校药学专业毕业生多元化就业提供合理建议,以期满足各医药领域对药学人才的多样化需求。

In the current situation of the development of the "Healthy China 2030"pharmaceutical industry,The demand for pharmaceutical professionals in pharmaceutical companies is expanding. This paper analyzes the employment rate,employment area distribution and employment direction of undergraduates majoring in pharmacy in Wenzhou Medical University in the past ten years,points out the problems and challenges faced by the pharmacy profession in employment diversification,and provides reasonable suggestions for further promoting the diversified employment of undergraduate pharmacy graduates from local medical colleges from the government,schools and students,in order to meet the diversified needs of pharmacy talents in various medical fields.
