肿瘤科系列讲座在神经外科专科医师规范化培训中的意义

The Significance of Series Lectures of Oncology in the Standardized Training of Neurosurgeons

神经肿瘤是神经外科的一个重要亚专科,是专科医师规范化培训中非常重要的一部分培训内容。实验组学员在日常培训内容之外再接受肿瘤科系列讲座的学习,并与对照组进行对比。结果表明,肿瘤科系列讲座能有效提高专培学员对神经肿瘤亚专科的认识、学习兴趣和信心。

Neurotumor is an important sub specialty of Neurosurgery, which is a very important part of the standardized training for specialists.In addition to the daily training, the experimental group received a series of lectures on oncology, and compared with the control group. The results showed that the series of lectures on oncology could effectively improve the students ’ knowledge, interest and confidence in neurooncology.
