头孢甲肟联合阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨头孢甲肟联合阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月至2019年3月我院收治的200例小儿支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为单药治疗组和联合治疗组,各100例。单药治疗组给予头孢甲肟单用治疗,联合治疗组采用头孢甲肟联合阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前、后的炎症因子水平、肺功能指标水平及临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-8水平均明显低于治疗前,且联合治疗组明显低于单药治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PEFR、FVC、FEV1水平均明显高于治疗前,且联合治疗组明显高于单药治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于单药治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的不良反应总发生率显著低于单药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论头孢甲肟联合阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果更加显著。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of cefotaxime combined with azithromycin dry suspension in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 200 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into single drug treatment group and combined treatment group by random number method, with 100 cases in each group. The single drug treatment group was treated with cefotaxime alone, and the combined treatment group was treated with cefotaxime and azithromycin dry suspension. The levels of inflammatory factors, pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment,clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-8 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than the single drug treatment group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of PEFR,FVC, FEV1 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and those in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than the single drug treatment group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the single drug treatment group(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the single drug treatment group(P <0.05). Conclusion The cefotaxime combined with azithromycin dry suspension in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia has more significant effect.
