不同固定结构义齿在下颌单侧游离端缺失修复中的应用效果

Application effects of different fixed dentures in the repair of unilateral mandibular free end defect

目的比较不同固定结构义齿在下颌单侧游离端缺失修复中的应用效果。方法将2017年9月至2018年6月本院收治的60例下颌单侧游离端缺失患者根据随机对照原则分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采取活动义齿修复治疗,观察组采取种植义齿修复治疗。对比两组患者修复成功率、稳固率、咀嚼效率以及自我感觉评分。结果观察组的修复成功率、稳固率分别为100.00%、96.67%,均高于对照组的80.00%、73.33%(P<0.05)。修复后,两组患者咀嚼效率、自我感觉评分均较修复前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论种植义齿技术修复下颌单侧游离端缺失效果显著,可显著提高修复成功率、稳固率以及咀嚼效率,患者自我感觉较好。

Objective To compare the application effects of different fixed dentures in the repair of unilateral mandibular free end defect. Methods From September 2017 to June 2018, 60 patients with unilateral mandibular free end defect treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomized control, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with removable denture, while the observation group was treated with implant denture. The repair success rate, stability rate, masticatory efficiency and selfperception score of the two groups were compared. Results The repair success rate and stability rate of the observation group were 100.00% and 96.67% respectively, which were higher than 80.00% and 73.33% of the control group(P<0.05).After repair, the masticatory efficiency and self-perception score of the two groups were higher than those before repair,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Implant denture is effective in repairing unilateral mandibular free end defect. It can significantly improve the repair success rate, stability rate and mastication efficiency, and patients feel better about themselves.
