摘要
目的探索新的教学方法以提高物诊实训课的教学质量。方法将60名学生随机分成一班(30名,常规的"示范-模仿"模式)和二班(30名,基于数字资源和即时通讯平台的翻转课堂模式),评估两种教学方法的教学效果。结果二班的理论、实操、要点问答成绩和平均成绩均高于一班;一班的教学满意度评分低于二班(P<0.05)。结论基于数字资源和即时通讯平台的翻转课堂教学方法可以完善课前准备,促进课堂互动及知识的内化,从而促进学生高效准确地完成物诊实训课的学习。
Objective To explore new teaching methods to improve the teaching quality of physical diagnostics training courses. Methods Sixty students were randomly divided into class 1(30 students, conventional "demonstration-imitation" mode) and class 2(30 students, the flipped classroom mode based on digital resources and instant messaging platform), and the teaching effects of two teaching methods were evaluated. Results The scores of theory, practical operation, key points of questions and answers and average score of the class 2 were higher than those of the class 1;the score of teaching satisfaction of the class 1 was lower than that of the class 2(P<0.05). Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching method based on digital resources and instant messaging platform can improve the pre-class preparation, promote classroom interaction and internalization of knowledge, thereby promoting students to efficiently and accurately complete the study of physical examination and training courses.
