摘要
目的探讨思维导图教学法在肾脏内科临床实习生教学中的应用效果。方法选择我院肾病科实习的护生85名作为研究对象,按照整群随机分组法分为对照组(42名,传统PPT教学)和试验组(43名,传统PPT教学+思维导图教学法)。比较两组入科和出科时的自主学习能力和批判性思维;比较两组的理论考核成绩。结果出科时,试验组实习护生的自主学习能力、批判性思维评分、理论考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图教学法有利于提高临床实习护生批判性思维能力及自主学习能力,并且有利于理论知识的掌握。
Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping teaching method in clinical intern instruction of nephrology. Methods A total of 85 nursing students in nephrology of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(42 cases, traditional PPT teaching) and experimental group(43 cases, traditional PPT teaching+mind mapping teaching method) according to the whole group random grouping method. The self-learning ability and critical thinking were compared between the two groups when they entered and left the department;the theoretical assessment results of the two groups were compared. Results At the time of leaving the department, the scores of self-study ability, critical thinking and theory achievement in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The method of mind mapping is helpful to improve critical thinking ability and independent learning ability of nursing students in clinical practice, and is also helpful to grasp theoretical knowledge.
