本文主要综述了临床护士心理护理技能培训的现状及应用进展,重点介绍了四种培训形式及这些培训形式的现状、特点,以及心理护理技能培训临床应用进展,为临床护士心理护理技能培训的临床应用提供参考。建议各类医疗机构应该组建心理护理专业小组,对其进行规范化的心理护理技能培训,提高临床护士心理护理能力,以满足临床患者的迫切需求。

This paper mainly summarized the current situation and application progress of psychological nursing skill training of clinical nurses, mainly introduced four kinds of training forms and their current situation and characteristics, as well as the clinical application progress of psychological nursing skill training, so as to provide reference for clinical application of clinical nurses’ psychological nursing skill training. It suggests that all kinds of medical institutions should set up psychological nursing professional groups, and carry out standardized psychological nursing skills training to improve the psychological nursing ability of clinical nurses, so as to meet the urgent needs of clinical patients.
