摘要
采用能量色散性X射线荧光光谱仪对食品接触用不锈钢中铬、镍、锰、铜、钼等元素进行了定量分析。利用不锈钢标准样品制定了标准曲线,并在该标准曲线下测定了实际样品。结果显示X射线荧光光谱在不锈钢化学成分检测中精密度高,准确可靠。用于食品接触用不锈钢的材质快速鉴定操作简便,易于推广。
Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(EDXRF)was used to quantify several elements of food contact stainless steel.Stainless steel standards were used to calibrate,and samples from domestic markets were tested.The results showed that XRF method was precise and accurate.And the method was rapid and convenient to operate.It could be popularized in element analysis for food contact materials.
