接触器损坏导致两个多功能显示器黑屏故障分析

某型飞机的交流配电装置、直流配电装置上的大功率接触器,用于交直流电路的接通和断开,在使用过程中,接触器动作较频繁,经一段时间的飞行使用,该型接触器出现损坏故障比较多的现象。本文通过一起典型的接触器故障导致两个多功能显示器黑屏故障分析,从故障状况、接触器失效分析、故障定位、原因分析和故障排除等方面对接触器和线路进行阐述,提出针对此类大功率器件的修理处理措施,提高了飞机修理质量。

The high-power contactors on the AC and DC power distribution devices of a certain aircraft are used to connect and disconnect the AC and DC circuits. In the process of using, the contactors act more frequently. After a period of flight use, the contactors of this type have more damage faults. In this paper, through the analysis of a typical contactor fault leading to the black screen fault of two multi-functional displays, the contactor and circuit are described from the aspects of fault condition, contactor failure analysis, fault location, cause analysis and troubleshooting, and the repair and treatment measures for such high-power devices are proposed to improve the quality of aircraft repair.
