大学生手机带菌状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of College Students’ Mobile Phone Carrier Status

通过调查了解大学生手机带菌状况,从而促进大学生健康使用手机,并为手机清洁及消毒提供科学依据。方法:采用整体和单纯随机抽样法,抽取山东协和学院医学专业和非医学专业的200名学生的手机,对手机使用情况进行问卷调查,并采集手机表面细菌样本,进行培养及菌落计数。结果:从专业角度分析,医学专业的学生手机带菌超标率为71%,非医学专业的学生手机带菌超标率为64%;从性别角度分析,医学专业男生手机带菌超标率72%,女生为74%,非医学专业男生手机带菌超标率为62%,女生为70%。结论:大学生手机受细菌污染较为严重,并缺乏对手机清洁及消毒的意识。医学生的手机污染比非医学生的污染更为严重。建议大学生重视手机带菌状况,养成良好的用机习惯,并对手机定期消毒,以避免手机作为媒介传播疾病。

Objective:In order to understand the carrier bacteria situation of college students’ phones,it will attract the attention of college students,improve their health awareness,provide a scientific basis for phone cleaning and disinfection.Methods:200 students from Shandong Xiehe University medical profession and non-medical profession were selected as survey subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey on phone usage,collect bacterial samples on phone surface, and carry out cultivation and colony counting.Results:The over-standard rate of phone carriers in medical majors was 71%,and the rate for non-medical students was 64%.From the perspective of gender,the rate of over-standard of mobile phone carriers for medical professionals was 72%,and that for girls was 74%.The over-standard rate of boys’ mobile phone carriers was 62%,and that of girls was 70%.Conclusion:College students have serious bacterial situation of their phones and lack awareness of phone cleaning and disinfection.Medical students’ phone pollution is more serious than non-medical students.It is recommended that college students attach importance to the condition of mobile phone,develop good habits of using phones,clean and disinfect regularly,so as to avoid the phone as a medium to spread diseases.
