大株红景天及胰岛素强化治疗对初发2型糖尿病胰岛功能的影响

Effect of Rhodiola Kirilowii Regel and Intensive Insulin Therapy on the Function of Islet in the Patients with New-onset of Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨大株红景天及胰岛素强化治疗对初发2型糖尿病胰岛功能的影响。方法:选取初发2型糖尿病患者80例,采用随机数字表法分成两组,对照组采用胰岛素强化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合大株红景天,两组均治疗4周。比较两组治疗前后胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:观察组和对照组治疗前HOMA-β分别为(2.22±0.79)、(2.37±0.76),均低于治疗后的(3.87±0.58)、(3.24±0.57),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HOMA-β高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗前HOMA-IR分别为(3.11±0.77)、(3.21±0.79),均高于治疗后的(1.44±0.17)、(2.25±0.32),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组HOMA-IR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大株红景天联合胰岛素强化治疗初发2型糖尿病有利于改善胰岛素抵抗,促进胰岛β细胞功能的恢复。

Objective:To study the effect of Rhodiola Kirilowii Regel and intensive Insulin therapy on the function of islet in the patients with new-onset of type 2 diabetes.Method:A total of 80 patients with new-onset of type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups by random number table method,the control group was given intensive Insulin treatment,and the observation group was added Rhodiola Kirilowii Regel on the basis of the control group.Insulin secretion index(HOMA-β)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)were compared between the two groups.Result:HOMA-βin the observation group and the control group before treatment were(2.22±0.79)and(2.37±0.76),respectively,which were lower than(3.87±0.58)and(3.24±0.57)after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,HOMA-βin the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Homa-IR in the observation group and the control group before treatment were(3.11±0.77)and(3.21±0.79),which were higher than(1.44±0.17)and(2.25±0.32)after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,HOMA-IR in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhodiola Kirilowii Regel combined with intensive Insulin therapy can improve insulin resistance and promote the recovery of pancreaticβcell function in patients with new-onset of type 2 diabetes.
