内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Endoscopic Tympanic Tube in the Treatment of Secretory Otitis Media

目的:分析内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年3月笔者所在医院收治的分泌性中耳炎患者76例作为本次研究对象,通过盲选法将所有患者分为研究组和参照组,每组38例。参照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组采用内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果及3个月内复发情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3个月内复查情况显示,研究组复发率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果更佳。

Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic tympanic tube catheterization in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Method:A total of 76 patients with secretory otitis media admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were divided into the research group and the reference group by blind selection,with 38 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional drugs,while the research group was treated with endoscopic tympanic tube catheterization.The therapeutic effect and recurrence within 3 months of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reexamination within 3 months showed that the recurrence rate of the research group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic tympanic tube catheterization is more effective in the treatment of secretory otitis media.
