银屑病综合治疗及护理效果评价

Evaluation of Comprehensive Treatment and Nursing Effect of Psoriasis

目的:探讨银屑病患者采取综合治疗及综合护理的效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年2月笔者所在医院86例银屑病患者,采取奇偶数字方式将患者平均分为两组,每组43例。所有患者均采取常规西药联合宽、窄谱中波紫外线照射进行综合治疗,常规组给予一般护理,研究组实施综合护理。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效40例(93.02%),优于常规组的32例(74.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对银屑病患者采取综合治疗和综合护理,可以进一步提升治疗效果,值得在银屑病患者临床治疗与护理中推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment and comprehensive nursing for patients with psoriasis.Method:A total of 86 patients with psoriasis in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into two groups by odd-even number method,with 43 patients in each group.All patients were treated with conventional western medicine combined with wide and narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet radiation,and the conventional group was given general nursing,while the research group was given comprehensive nursing.The therapeutic effect of the two groups weas compared.Result:The total effective rate of the research group was 40(93.02%),which was better than 32(74.42%) of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment and comprehensive nursing for patients with psoriasis can further improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment and nursing of patients with psoriasis.
