舒适护理在股骨颈骨折患者临床护理中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Comfort Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:分析舒适护理在股骨颈骨折患者临床护理中应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1-12月收治的股骨颈骨折患者71例,采取常规护理设为对照组。2018年1月笔者科室开展舒适护理,选取2018年1-12月收治的股骨颈骨折患者73例,采取舒适护理设为舒适组。比较两组VAS评分、护理满意度及住院期间并发症发生率。结果:舒适组护理后VAS评分低于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。舒适组住院期间并发症发生率为1.37%,低于对照组的9.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在股骨颈骨折护理中,采取舒适护理,可明显减轻患者疼痛感,提高患者对护理的满意度评分,减少住院期间并发症发生,效果理想。

Objective:To observe the application value of comfort nursing in clinical nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture.Method:A total of 71 patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected,and routine nursing intervention was adopted as the control group.In January 2018,our department carried out comfort nursing intervention.A total of 73 patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected,and comfort nursing intervention was adopted as the comfort group.The VAS score,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the VAS score in the comfort group was lower than that in the control group,the satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in comfort group was 1.37%,lower than 9.86% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of femoral neck fracture,taking comfortable nursing can obviously reduce the pain feeling of patients,improve the satisfaction score of patients to nursing,reduce the occurrence of complications during hospitalization,and the effect is ideal.
