以家庭为中心的护理方案在儿童慢性伤口护理中的效果

Effect of Home-centered Care Programs on Chronic Wound Care in Children

目的:研究以家庭为中心的护理方案在儿童慢性伤口护理中的效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年2月笔者所在医院收治的116例儿童慢性伤口患儿,以入院时间先后顺序分成对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取以家庭为中心的护理。护理后对比两组护理效果及两组家长护理满意度。结果:观察组伤口愈合时间为(24.2±6.8)d,伤口疼痛评分为(3.7±1.5)分,家长知识得分为(8.2±1.3)分,均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长护理总满意率为96.55%,高于对照组的72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童慢性伤口护理中,采取以家庭为中心的护理方案,能够有效缩短患儿伤口愈合时间,减轻伤口疼痛,同时让家长了解更多相关知识,提高家长对护理的满意度,临床效果确切。

Objective:To study the effect of home-centered care programs on chronic wound care in children.Method:A total of 116 children with chronic wounds from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into the control group(n=58) and the observation group(n=58).The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with family-centered nursing.After nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups was compared,and the parents’ satisfaction with nursing care was compared.Result:In the observation group,the wound healing time was(24.2±6.8) days,the wound pain score was(3.7±1.5) points,and the parents’ knowledge score was(8.2±1.3) points,better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than that in the control group 72.41%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In children’s chronic wound nursing,family-centered nursing program can effectively shorten the wound healing time,reduce wound pain,at the same time,the parents can learn more about the knowledge,improve the satisfaction of the parents to the nursing,and the clinical effect is accurate.
