人文关怀对腰硬联合麻醉患者术中寒战的影响研究

Effect of Humanistic Care on Intraoperative Chills in Patients with Lumbar Epidural Anesthesia

目的:探讨在手术室实施人文关怀培训对减少腰硬联合麻醉患者术中寒战反应的效果。方法:采用对照研究方法,选择2018年6月1日-2019年2月28日实施人文关怀培训后在笔者所在医院手术室接受腰硬联合麻醉的452例患者为观察组。选取2017年8月1日-2018年5月31日培训前在笔者所在医院手术室接受腰硬联合麻醉的452例患者设为对照组,比较两组患者寒战反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者寒战反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在手术室对护士实施人文关怀培训后可提高护士关怀能力,主动将爱心和责任心融入到护理工作中,对手术患者实施心理慰藉和人性关怀,以减轻患者紧张、焦虑及恐惧的心理,减少寒战反应。

Objective:To explorethe effect of humanistic care training in operating room on reducing intraoperative chills in patients with lumbar epidural anesthesia.Method:Using a control method,452 patients who received lumbar epidural anesthesia in the operating room of our hospital after humanistic care training from June 1,2018 to February 28,2019 were selected as the observation group.452 patients who received lumbar epidural anesthesia in the operating room of our hospital before the training from August 1,2017 to May 31,2018 were selected as the control group.The number of cases of patients with chills in the two groups was counted.Result:The rate of chilling reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Nurses’care ability were improved after implementing humane care training for nurses in the operating room,Actively integrate love and responsibility into the nursing work,psychological comfort and human care for patients undergoing surgery,can alleviate the nervousness,anxiety and fear of patients,reduce the cold war response.
