基于加速康复外科理念的护理干预应用于腹腔镜肝切除患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention Based on the Concept of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Liver Resection

目的:研究基于加速康复外科理念的护理干预运用于腹腔镜肝切除患者的效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年7月于南华大学附属第一医院肝胆外科行腹腔镜下肝切除术的肝脏肿瘤患者82例,按简单随机化法将其分为常规组和观察组,每组41例。常规组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行基于加速康复外科理念的护理。比较两组围手术期相关指标、应激相关指标及护理满意度。结果:观察组围手术期相关指标均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组白细胞(WBC)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组满意度优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于加速康复外科理念的护理干预运用于腹腔镜肝切除患者后能有效促进患者恢复,改善患者术后应激反应,患者满意度高。

Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic liver resection.Method:A total of 82 patients with liver tumor who underwent laparoscopic liver resection in the department of hepatobiliary surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from February 2017 to July 2019 were selected.According to the simple randomization method,they were divided into the routine group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery on this basis.The perioperative indicators,stress-related indicators and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The perioperative indicators in the observation group were better than those in the routine group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6) and C-reactive protein(CRP) after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in white blood cell(WBC) levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery can effectively promote the recovery of patients after laparoscopic liver resection,improve the postoperative stress response of patients,and patient satisfaction is high.
