吴茱萸热熨联合腹部穴位按摩改善胸腰椎术后胃肠功能的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Evodia Rutaecarpa Hot Ironing Combined with Abdominal Acupoint Massage to Improve Gastrointestinal Function after Thoracolumbar Operation

目的:观察吴茱萸热熨+腹部穴位按摩对胸腰椎骨折患者术后胃肠功能的改善效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年4月在笔者所在医院进行手术治疗80例胸腰椎骨折患者作为本次的研究对象,以信封法作为分组依据,将患者随机分为研究组、对照组,每组40例。对照组术后进行早期活动,并注射鲑降钙素;研究组加行吴茱萸热熨脐部与腹部穴位按摩。比较两组术后肛门首次排便时间和首次排气时间、肠鸣音出现时间、便秘发生率。结果:研究组便秘发生率为5%,低于对照组的25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后肛门首次排便时间和首次排气时间、肠鸣音出现时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为胸腰椎骨折患者行吴茱萸热熨+腹部穴位按摩有助于减少便秘发生,加快胃肠功能的恢复。

Objective:To observe the effect of Euodia Ruticarpa hot ironing+abdominal acupoint massage on postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients with thoracolumbar operation.Method:A total of 80 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019.The envelope method was used as the grouping basis.The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.In the control group,early activities were performed and Calcitonin was injected.The study group was treated with Euodia Ruticarpa hot umbilical and abdominal acupressure.The first defecation time and the first exhaust time,the time of bowel sounds,and the incidence of constipation were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of constipation in the study group was 5%,which was lower than 25% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of first defecation,first exhaust time and bowel sounds of the anus in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with thoracolumbar fractures,Euodia Ruticarpa hot iron+abdominal acupoint massage can help reduce constipation and accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
