阿是穴刺络拔罐对膝骨性关节炎康复疗效及WOMAC评分、关节活动度、炎性因子的影响

Effect of Acupuncture and Cupping at Ashi Point on Rehabilitation Effect,WOMAC Score,Joint Range of Motion and Inflammatory Factors of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探究阿是穴刺络拔罐对膝骨性关节炎的康复疗效及WOMAC评分、关节活动度、炎性因子的影响。方法:将96例膝骨性关节炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组采用单独西药硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上行阿是穴刺络拔罐治疗。分别对两组患者康复效果、治疗前后WOMAC评分、关节活动度及炎性因子进行统计分析。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(95.83%vs 77.08%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后WOMAC评分显著低于治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组关节活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各炎性因子均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿是穴刺络拔罐治疗膝骨性关节炎的康复治疗效果明显,可明显降低WOMAC评分,改善关节活动度,并抑制炎性因子的表达,具有重要临床研究价值,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture and cupping at Ashi point on the rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis and the effects of WOMAC score,joint range of motion and inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 96 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group(n=48) and control group(n=48).The control group was treated with Glucosamine Sulfate Capsule alone,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and cupping at Ashi point on this basis.The rehabilitation effect,WOMAC score,joint range of motion and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were statistically analyzed between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.83% vs 77.08%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of WOMAC in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment and after treatment in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The range of joint activity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation effect of acupuncture and cupping at Ashi point in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is obvious,which can obviously decrease WOMAC score,improve joint mobility and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.It has important clinical research value and is worth popularizing and applying.
