Objective:To study the effect of sling exercise therapy on the recovery of walking function of stroke patients with walking dysfunction.Method:A total of 70 patients with walking dysfunction after stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the treatment group, with 35 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy, and patients in the treatment group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy added with sling exercise therapy. The daily life activity ability, lower limb motor function, balance function, walking ability and therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in ADL score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,FMA score,Holden score, step size and 10 m MWS in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sling exercise therapy can effectively improve lower limb motor function, balance function and walking function of patients with walking dysfunction after stroke, and improve the walking dysfunction.
