摘要
体外心肺复苏成功救治传统心肺复苏无效的心脏骤停患者的报道越来越多,本文主要论述体外心肺复苏的历史、病理生理机制、适用人群、使用时机以及与其他复苏措施联合应用方面的研究和进展,并讨论其在心脏骤停患者中应用的现状。
Extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation has been reported to successfully treat patients with cardiac arrest who have not responded to traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation.This article mainly discusses the history,pathophysiological mechanism,applicable population,timing of use,combination with other resuscitation measures of extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation and discuss the current opinion of its application in patients with cardiac arrest.
