高血压合并冠心病患者血浆致动脉硬化指数与同型半胱氨酸表达水平的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究高血压合并冠心病患者血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)表达水平的相关性。方法采用机械随机抽样法选择2018年1月至2019年3月本院收治的142例高血压患者作为研究对象,依据是否合并冠心病将其分为对照组(单纯高血压,67例)和研究组(高血压合并冠心病,75例)。比较两组的TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、AIP、Hcy、UA、Cr、BUN、IMT,采用Pearson相关性法分析AIP与Hcy、UA及Cr的相关性。结果研究组TG、Hcy、UA、Cr水平明显高于对照组,HDL-C水平明显低于对照组,AIP值和IMT明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,高血压合并冠心病患者AIP值与血浆Hcy、UA、Cr水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论高血压合并冠心病患者血浆Hcy水平与AIP呈正相关,可作为高血压合并冠心病早期预测因子。 Objective To explore the correlation between atherogenic index of plasma(AIP) and homocysteine(Hcy)level in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 142 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects by mechanical random sampling method. The patients were divided into control group(simple hypertension, 67 cases) and study group(hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, 75 cases) according to whether they were complicated with coronary heart disease or not. TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, AIP, Hcy, UA, Cr, BUN and IMT were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation method was used to analyze the correlation between AIP and Hcy, UA, Cr. Results The levels of TG, Hcy, UA and Cr in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, HDL-C level was significantly lower than that in the control group, and AIP value and IMT were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlation between AIP value and Hcy, UA and Cr in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease( P<0.05). Conclusion Plasma Hcy level is positively correlated with AIP in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, which can be used as an early predictor of hypertension and coronary heart disease.
