马来酸依那普利叶酸片对老年慢性心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP、Hcy水平及心功能的影响

Effects of enalapril maleate folate tablets on the levels of NT-proBNP and Hcy and cardiac function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的分析马来酸依那普利叶酸片对老年慢性心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP、Hcy水平及心功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年6月收治的92例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组患者给予马来酸依那普利片治疗,观察组患者给予马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的NT-proBNP、Hcy水平、LVESVI、LVEDVI均低于治疗前,LVEF高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心功能Ⅰ级占比为43.48%,高于对照组的19.57%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论马来酸依那普利叶酸片可改善老年慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,降低NT-proBNP、Hcy水平,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of enalapril maleate folate tablets on the levels of NT-proBNP and Hcy and cardiac function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with enalapril maleate tablets, while the observation group was treated with enalapril maleate folate tablets. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of NT-proBNP, Hcy, the LVESVI and LVEDVI of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, LVEF was higher than that before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The proportion of grade Ⅰ cardiac function in the observation group was 43.48%, which was higher than 19.57% in the control group( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Enalapril maleate folate tablets can improve the cardiac function of the elderly patients with chronic heart failure, reduce the levels of NTproBNP and Hcy, with high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
