改良LIFT治疗单纯性经括约肌型肛瘘的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified LIFT in the treatment of simple transsphincter anal fistula

目的探讨改良括约肌瘘管结扎术(LIFT)治疗单纯性经括约肌型肛瘘的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月收治的72例单纯性经括约肌型肛瘘患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组采用常规LIFT治疗;观察组采用改良LIFT治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后疼痛评分低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后感染总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良LIFT治疗单纯性经括约肌型肛瘘不仅治愈率高,且可以有效降低复发率及感染率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract(LIFT) in the treatment of simple transsphincter anal fistula. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 72 patients with simple transsphincter anal fistula were admitted and selected, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional LIFT, and the observation group was treated with modified LIFT. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P <0.05). The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The modified LIFT in the treatment of simple transsphincter anal fistula not only has a high cure rate, but also can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and infection rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
